I don't know how fast "way faster" is but most of the high speed internet packages I've looked at are not that much different. Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking Comcast. Economy Internet Service $24.95 monthly Download speed up to 1Mbps This is pretty much the basic package good for email and perhaps downloading music. Blast $62.95 monthly Download speed up to 20Mbps Super fast speeds so you can download music, movies and games and upload photos in a flash. The above price is for customers that currently subscribe to Comcast Cable or Comcast Digital Voice service. You should first check availability at your specific address to see what they have in your area. WiFi Access I have not located a Comcast WiFi network. Comcast does offer Business Class High-Speed 2go, which is not wifi, but offers on the go wireless connectivity. You'll find more information about Comcast's mobile wireless on the USB Modem page.
